Library Marchers Get Bugged at Fourth Parade
Family, friends, workers, and volunteers found themselves swarming like a bees in Brattleboro's July 4th parade on a warm, humid, cloudy Friday
See all photos here.
Twenty marchers gathered at the BUHS parking lot for the Chamber of Commerce sponsored parade.
Board of Trustees President, John Ogorzalek, and volunteer, Steven Waskevitch, hoisted the "Smartest Card" banner to lead the pack of library supporters.
Sprouting antennae fabricated by Assistant Children's Librarian, Lindsay Bellville, the green-shirted pack swayed behind the drum beat of WVEW group on their circuit from the High School to the Commons.
Keri Lyn's dogs were with her, and they surreptiously marched masquerading as bugs. No one knew.
After the parade we gathered back at the library for pizza and ice cream. Perfect end to the day.
See you all next Fourth
